Do you have complimentary internet in the apartments?

We absolutely do! There is fast fibre internet throughout the whole chalet, and therefore in both apartments.

Do you have a cot and high-chair for babies?

We can easily accommodate your young child during your stay. Please email us to discuss hiring a cot and high-chair for your stay.

Can I organise a mid-week clean and change of linen?

Yes, for 7+ night stays, and for an additional charge. We recommend organising this with us before your holiday begins, however you can also contact us in the first two days of your stay. We will send you an invoice for the service to be paid before the day of the clean.

Can I rent the whole chalet (so both The Nook and The Nest together)?

Yes you can! There is a door that separates the two chalets, however we can open this up for you to enjoy the whole chalet. Or keep them as two separate apartments and connect with guests in the other apartment when you want :) . Please email us to receive a quote for the whole chalet. We can make a discount for the two apartments booked together, and the more nights you stay.

Can I rent The Nook or The Nest long term?

Our apartments and chalet are possible to rent for up to a month. However, please email us if you’d like to discuss up to a three-month stay.

Is Chalet d’Honneur pet-friendly?

As it is two apartments in one chalet, we don’t encourage to have pets. If you are booking the whole chalet (both The Nest and The Nook), please email us to discuss bringing your pet. Please note, pets are not invited inside, however your pet can rest in the ski/equipment room at night. If we find that the pet has been invited into the apartments, we will charge extra for cleaning.

What is a "Pre-Authorisation" and why do we process it?

Prior to our guests arrival, we process what is known as a Pre-Authorisation on the nominated credit card. This amount can vary depending on your choice of apartment or whether you have chosen to book the whole chalet and at what time of the year (between €300 – €1000). Note: this may be higher depending on the time of year, but will usually stay within this range.

This is a security bond, which places a temporary hold on the amount of funds on your credit card, to cover any damages or incidentals while you stay.

As mentioned above, this is a temporary hold which releases automatically once it expires.

What do I do if something in my rental isn't working?

Please consult the black folder in the entrance of The Nook, or on the dresser at the top of the stairs of The Nest for quick guides to most main appliances or instructions for the place. In the event this isn’t helpful, please contact us on the mobile shared with you once you have confirmed your booking.
